Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return, free of charge, for eligible items. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. We recommend sending your return with tracking to ensure it arrives at our facility. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

BODY JEWELRY POLICY: Due to healthcare and safety concerns, some products, such as nose rings, belly button rings, eyebrow rings, toe rings, etc. cannot be returned if opened. Only unused and unopened product will be accepted.

If you are unsure if your item is eligible for a return please contact us before sending the product back.

Lifetime Warranty

At Lavari Jewelers you can buy with confidence. We stand behind the quality of all our products. All warranty repairs are completed at no cost to you. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to Lavari Jewelers.  

Gemstones

Lavari Jewelers will reset any loose stone or replace any lost stone with one of similar quality free of charge.

Stainless Steel

Lavari Jewelers will repair or replace any stainless steel jewelry that breaks due to normal wear. This may include but is not limited to a broken link, connector, or clasp. Scratches, scuffs, and other aesthetic damages are not covered by this warranty.

Disclaimer

All jewelry sold by Lavari Jewelers will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. For all warranty claims, you must send the piece back to Lavari Jewelers along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to confirm receipt of a Lifetime Warranty claim. The Lifetime Warranty only covers one repair and/or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage to jewelry other than what is considered normal wear.  Lost jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Body jewelry is excluded from this warranty. In order for Lavari Jewelers to honor this warranty, identifiable pieces of the jewelry must be provided. This warranty is only valid for jewelry purchased from Lavari Jewelers. Lavari Jewelers is under no obligation to honor this warranty for pieces it determines it did not manufacture or sell. Any repair or service provided by a third party other than Lavari Jewelers will void this warranty.

Ethical Sourcing

Part of ensuring that every gift bought by our customers leads to a  magical experience is to make certain that we source all of our product and materials from legitimate sources. Although this is no easy task we pride ourselves in that a majority of our goods come from suppliers who certify that their gold diamonds are conflict-free. Additionally, most of our suppliers include the following warranty statements on every single invoice sent to us.

“The Diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in the funding of conflict and in
conformance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these Diamonds are conflict free, based on
personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the Supplier of these Diamonds.”

"The seller hereby guarantees that the diamonds herein invoiced are exclusively of natural origin, formed and mined under natural and geological processes, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

“We source diamonds in accordance with the Signet Responsible Sourcing Protocol (SRSP).”
